Lawrence Graham is the founder and director of AAE. Lawrence has in excess of 20 years’ experience as a leading professional in agribusiness. Lawrence brings expertise in business entry, evolution and realisation/exit, maximising value throughout the stages relevant to the business’s requirements.  Lawrence has a deep understanding in capital raising, research and analysis, along with governance, risk/compliance and due diligence from working in, and for, ASX top 20 listed companies. Lawrence holds an MBA with a specialisation in finance and is a licensed stock and station, business and real estate agent in NSW.

Aimee Elliott 

Relationship Executive

Aimee was born and raised in Wagga Wagga and is passionate about living and working in the regional community. Aimee has more than 15 years’ experience in commercial banking having been employed at the National Australia Bank in various positions. Aimee’s last five years with NAB have seen her manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients with varied exposures and industries including transport, grain storage, commercial and residential development and services to agriculture. Aimee has a deep understanding of commercial lending including and not limited to debt structuring and strategies, risk management and compliance management. A background in banking has also provided Aimee with the ability to manage and build strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial outcomes for any given transaction.


Abbie Ellis

Corporate Agribusiness Analyst / Chief Operations Officer, VIC

Abbie has come from a farming background and grew up in regional Victoria. Abbie completed her Bachelor of Accounting at Charles sturt university in Albury and graduated in 2017. Abbie has experience in public practice and management accounting and has a deep understanding of ERP systems, general ledgers, manufacturing costings and management reporting. Abbie previously worked as a management accountant for a large manufacturing company, and a major part of her role involved consolidating data for multiple entities, preparing management reports, and maintaining product costings.


Leah Del Castillo

Leah has more than six years’ experience working in agribusiness finance in multiple regional and metropolitan areas of Australia, as well as across different commodity segments and wide-ranging lending exposures. Leah has a deep understanding of capital raising through debt, risk and compliance and due diligence having worked at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Rabobank. Prior to working in agribusiness, Leah worked as a Geotechnical Engineer for over four years in underground coal mining, where analysis and problem solving, risk assessment and stakeholder engagement were paramount to her role.
